Mission partners Rosie and Stu Bayford in Olinda, Brazil, work with ReVive International, which transforms the lives of children who have endured abuse, neglect and exploitation. One way this happens is this is through a new foster care programme.

The Bayfords write: “The foster team are amazing and working hard to get this service going here in Olinda but it’s not easy starting something new…and they still face a lot of challenges. That said, we celebrated M being with his foster family for three months now, and we have a second foster family ready when the child who fits their profile comes along.

“As ever, please pray for all these precious children…. They have all faced trauma that many of us cannot imagine, and they are incredible, resilient individuals who face so many difficulties as a result of all they have been through.

“We pray that they will know how loved they are, and for their futures beyond these walls.”
