Middle East: ongoing war

Please continue to pray for the situation in the Middle East, for restraint and wisdom for leaders and that efforts for peace would bear fruit and break the cycle of violence.

Please join us in lifting to God the ongoing war in Gaza and the increase of military action in the West Bank.

Please pray also for the people of Lebanon, where the “limited war” in the south between Hezbollah and Israel threatened to escalate. Please pray it will not develop into a devastating regional conflict. Pray also for the people of Lebanon as they continue to deal with economic collapse and hyper-inflation that have pushed 44 per cent of the population below the poverty line.

Ethiopia: theological training

CMS-Africa ask for prayer for Rev Samuel Atsali as he delivers theological training in Assosa, near the border with South Sudan, alongside mission partner Chris Wilson.
