Mission partners Andy and Kati Walsh are passionate about sharing the hope of Jesus, particularly with men and women in prison. Andy is part of a team who have run a discipleship course for many male inmates across the city of Florianópolis over the past couple of years. Now, Andy is longing establish regular spaces for informal worship within prisons, but the team is encountering resistance – both logistical and bureaucratic. Pray for God to open doors for Andy to speak to the right people, for favour with decision-makers and for churches in prisons to not only start up but to flourish and touch the hearts of prison staff as well as inmates.
