Recently, Tina had the great pleasure of being at the commissioning service of Ali Mascarenhas. Ali first did a Pioneering Parishes course in 2021 and now has been commissioned as a lay pioneer minister.
Ali’s calling began with churchyard clearance and has grown into a multifaceted community project…. Since starting the churchyard clearing, over 100 people – of whom 70% previously had no contact with the church – are now connected with the church congregation.
