This year, dengue fever has killed 56 people and infected close to 80,000 more in Sri Lanka, making this the country’s worst dengue outbreak in nearly a decade. Military drones are being used to detect stagnant pools of water and other breeding sites in efforts to stop the virus in its tracks. Pray for these and other efforts to help stop the virus spreading, and for stamina for health workers.
