A space to learn, grow, share insight and be encouraged in fostering culture change and moving the energy of the church outwards.

We know that enabling steady culture change in the church (or any organisation) takes a great deal of resolve, courage and resilience. It also requires particular skills, practices, tools and wisdom. These Community of Learning events are intended to support you in keeping on keeping on in this task.

We will start the time together with a short talk on a topic related to shaping a parish in a pioneering direction and then share the wisdom in the room.

Most of the time together will be set aside for small action learning sets in Zoom breakout rooms. In this time each group member will be able to share a knotty problem they are dealing with in the context of culture change and open themselves up to coaching questions from the others in order to be able to consider alternative routes forward.

Training will be given on the principles of action learning sets including formulating good coaching questions at the first Community of Learning event.
