Two-thirds of Europe is under some sort of drought warning, in what is likely the worst such event in 500 years. According to the latest report from the Global Drought Observatory, nearly all of Europe’s rivers have dried up to some extent and this dry spell will may last several months more in some of Europe’s southern regions, hitting crop yields and sparking wildfires. Pray for people to wisely steward the water available, and for rain to come everywhere it is needed.
