Honduras: temporary closure of coffee shops at Proyecto Alas
Mission partners Lindsey and Steve Poulson, working with at-risk children and young people, ask for prayer for the future of the coffee shops at Proyecto Alas in Honduras. These coffee shops provide safe spaces for at-risk children and young people in a context where gang violence, corruption and poverty affect many. The original shop is currently on pause due to inadequate staffing. Additionally, after a year and a half of obstacles and setbacks at the newest shop in Siguatepeque, the decision was taken to end what was becoming a financial blackhole.
