India: heart-breaking statistic

This week we heard from partners serving in Bangalore, India. They shared that the suicide rate in Bangalore is the highest among major Indian cities. Factors that contribute to this heart-breaking reality include workplace stress (intense corporate culture, high expectations and employment stability concerns including anxiety about AI taking jobs), cost of living pressures and isolation due to social detachment and a lack of support systems for commuters. Please pray for Christians in Bangalore to be able to offer comfort and community to people who might be struggling and that people will be able to obtain the mental health care they need.
