A mission partner who works in the Middle East visited Lebanon shortly before the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah escalated and has shared prayer requests from local Christians she met there. They ask us to pray amid worsening conditions and constant fear. In particular, please pray for churches doing what they can to meet the practical needs of displaced people and show the love of Jesus – pray that they will have the resources they need. Pray also for rest and sleep for those who are displaced and fearful with the sound of ongoing bombings, and for displaced doctors and nurses who are trying to provide medical care where they can.
