Mission associate Ian Spillman invites us to give thanks to God that Kisiizi Hospital in Uganda has won an award for its Stre@mline Health community health insurance scheme, helping people to afford healthcare in their area. The Swiss Re Foundation Entrepreneurial Award for Resilience 2022 brings a large grant that will help strengthen the community health insurance scheme in Kisiizi and replicate it in 14 other hospitals around Uganda to provide quality access to healthcare to 150,000 more beneficiaries in the next two years and hopefully many more beyond. Please pray for the Kisiizi team and all those involved as they start to implement programmes that will be transformative for many communities.
