Uganda: security situation
Please pray for the security situation in Uganda following on from the recent killings of two tourists and their guide at Queen Elizabeth National Park and the two bombs found in churches near Kampala.
Mission associate Janie Robson is currently back at Potter’s Village, not that far from the park, for six weeks to support the rehab centre as they are without a physiotherapist currently.
She writes: “Rehab here at Potter’s Village is very busy with lots of new children coming following on from a project run by the diocese to raise awareness of disability and malnutrition in the villages. We could be easily overwhelmed by new children but have tried to control things a bit.” Please pray for a permanent physiotherapist for the rehab centre as without one it is very difficult for the staff at the centre.
