Ukraine update 25 February
Our local partner Anya, serving in the cities and villages of Ukraine to inspire churches to reach out to their communities with Jesus’ love, asks us to pray…
1. Pray God will protect the people of Ukraine, that violence will stop and peace will reign.
2. Pray for our church family, some of whom are still trying to get out of Kyiv.

DRC: Ebola
Please continue to pray for the Ebola crisis. Our local partner Rev Bisoke Balikenga reports from Bunia, asking our prayers for the many traumatised people. So far the virus has not got into the internally displaced people’s camps, but outside them the local population is suffering badly.
Middle East: wisdom, peace in the face of adversity
Partners in the Middle East ask for prayer for wisdom in leading churches and making decisions in light of the current conflicts, economy and political climate. Pray for peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) for Christians across the region to find strength in God, and for boldness in sharing the gospel with people.

Hanna and Ian Spillman, now based in the UK, previously spent about 18 years serving in Uganda, initially with Tearfund and later as mission associates with CMS.
