Mission associate N is in contact with two families in South Asia dealing with impossible situations, desperately needing jobs and somewhere to live. Pray for wisdom for N to know how to help.

Latin America: indigenous peoples

Pray for indigenous peoples across Latin America who continue to have to navigate and adapt to increasingly encroaching outside cultures. May they be able to maintain their cultural identity and have the right opportunities to benefit from outside cultures. Remember in prayer CMS’s ongoing mission work with indigenous peoples across the region.

Venezuela: displacement

Many of the 7 million Venezuelan migrants who have fled the country are spread across Latin America. In many Latin American countries, they are now facing increased anti-immigrant sentiment. Please pray for all those who have had to leave their home for many different reasons, that they might find safety, care and live in peace.

The intense fighting in Khartoum and its sister cities has now been going on for more than a month. Iran: couple acquitted

Homayoun Zhaveh and his wife Sarah Ahmadi were first arrested in 2019 and given prison sentences for their involvement in a house church.
