The role of PA to the CEO is critical to the effective running and organisation of the CMS office and therefore the organisation as a whole. This is a key role to provide excellent and proactive executive support to the CEO and the Board of Trustees and administrative support to the Deputy CEO & Director of Mission Transformation as well as the Director of Finance and Corporate Services (FCS) as required. The post holder’s main responsibility will be supporting the CEO and the Board of Trustees, enabling them to effectively shape and drive forward organisational aims.
This role requires excellent secretarial and administrative skills, the ability to prioritise workload and a high attention to detail. In addition the person will be a talented relationship builder with exceptional communication skills and will have a proactive mindset to be one step ahead in organising and preparing supporting documents.
It is essential that the successful candidate has a graduate qualification or equivalent experience, as well as experience of working as a PA/EA or team administrator, with an extensive experience of organising meetings and taking accurate minutes.
This is a permanent and full-time position based in Oxford with a starting salary of £27,480 to £28,600 per annum depending on experience, and a generous pension scheme contribution.
It is also a requirement for this post holder to be a committed and practising Christian and be committed to the vision, aims and values of CMS.
