You’re all set to join us for the online prayer event on Thursday, 8 May. We’ll send you reminders closer to the date, so you won’t miss out on this important time of prayer.

We need to continue praying, and we invite you to encourage your church to join us in standing against the evil in DR Congo as well.

Here’s how you can help bring your church into this time of prayer:

• Speak with your church leader and invite them to dedicate Sunday, 11 May, as a day of prayer for DR Congo. Together, we can lift up our brothers and sisters and call on God for peace, healing, and hope in the face of violence.
  
• After Thursday’s event, you’ll be equipped to help lead your church in prayer or to participate in a meaningful way. The insights and resources we provide will guide you in preparing for a focused, heartfelt time of intercession.
  
• Share the prayer resources we’ve provided – including Martin Gordon’s prayer and intercessory prayer points – with your church leader to help them engage the congregation.
  
• You can also encourage your church’s children’s team or other groups to get involved and pray together.
  
• Consider suggesting a special offering on Sunday to support the ongoing mission efforts in DR Congo.
