  • One year fixed-term (flexible, 21 to 28 hours a week)
  • Hybrid working – approximately two days a week (or 40 per cent of your contracted time) at CMS House, Oxford.
  • Starting salary £24,915 FTE, with a generous pension contribution: up to 15 per cent employer contribution on annual salary

Your role

In many ways you’ll be the glue that holds the fundraising and communications group together. You’ll be the administrative backbone for both teams, which will go a long way towards helping them accomplish their goals. You will be responsible for tasks including handling correspondence and phone calls, assisting with the production of mission partner newsletters, website and social media administration, database updates, and printing and posting resources.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year’s experience in an administrative role or similar, and will demonstrate strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.

It is also a requirement for this post holder to be in sympathy with the aims and values of CMS.
