How is Church Mission Society responding to coronavirus?

As the big picture of the pandemic changes week by week, country by country, our priority remains the same: making sure that our people in mission have the support that they need so they can keep bringing the hope of Jesus.
It’s mission…unscripted.
For some, this means continuing to provide them with mission advice, risk management expertise and loving care so they can stay where they are and continue serving their communities. For others, it has meant bringing them home to the UK unexpectedly.
Your giving means that we are able to provide the pastoral support and practical help that our people in mission need right now.
Don’t forget that our people in mission are not just from the UK. We help to support just as many local partners across the globe, not least through our sister societies, CMS-Africa and Asia-CMS, who are working to respond to the Covid-19 pandemic in the most appropriate ways in their regions.
