The job involves: leading prayers and Bible studies; encouraging the team; managing payroll; visits to craft sales and displays; networking with other agencies; representing the organisation at strategic meetings. The candidate would ideally have experience of working with people with disabilities; be willing to learn Swahili; be committed to enabling people realise their God given potential; have some expertise or interest in arts, crafts and textiles or the ability to learn. Ideally, the candidate would be able to commit for a minimum of two years.
