I coordinate and organise various programmes in Tanzania as well as networking with other denominations, churches and ministries. I am involved in facilitation of VISION conferences [part of the Samaritan Strategy], mentoring and discipling church leaders to carry on the mission, and facilitating facilitators with all materials they need for the programmes.

We are called for God’s agenda not ours, to full fill his mission, I am part of his church to do his will for the kingdom of God: to see that many people come to know God and be disciples of Jesus.

Paul’s story

I am Paul Kibona, Nyakyusa by tribe, got saved and following Jesus when I was about 16 years! From then, I have been involved in church ministries as after my studies I joined disciple training course, then moved to Youth with a Mission, taking various courses to prepare me into missions as well as attending Christian colleges. Since then I have been a leader of discipleship schools for over 10 years, then worked with pastors and leaders over five years.

Being part of CMS-Africa as a local partner is strongly connecting me with other denominations and ministries to reach our goal: to disciple the believers and transform the community for the glory of God.
