Audiomission World Tour: Seeking asylum, finding faith in Glasgow

Audiomission takes a trip to Glasgow to meet mission partners Andrew and Faye Parfitt, who work alongside asylum seekers and refugees there – mainly from other faith backgrounds. You can read all about it in the current issue of The Call – Church Mission Society’s quarterly newspaper.

Their own story is fascinating – Andrew worked on short term assignments in Africa before coming to CMS to serve in Afghanistan. He unexpectedly had to return from there after two years and began working in Glasgow, where there were a good number of Afghan and Iranian refugees. Faye was born and raised in Iran and we’ll hear some snippets of her own journey too.
