CMS-Africa ask for prayer for Christians in Nigeria, where persecution is severe and worsening. According to Release International, more than 7,000 Christians were killed in the country in the first seven months of 2025, and this figure may double in 2026. Pray for better legal protections for Christians in Nigeria and for peace for all those who live in fear. Ask God to be near to and comfort those whose loved ones have died.
