This Christmas, show the truth of God With Us to the world’s most vulnerable people.
As you prepare to celebrate Christmas – whatever that looks like this year – please join CMS local partners in showing the world’s most vulnerable people that Jesus is with them by making your Christmas donation now.
For people like Jeaneth, from Lima, Peru, the truth of God’s love was hard to believe.
After her husband left her and their four children last year and coronavirus took her job, Jeaneth was heart-broken to discover she couldn’t feed her family. She felt so alone, as if God had abandoned her family.
In desperation, Jeaneth turned to San Patricio, the church where CMS local partner David Gonzales ministers. Imagine her relief when he said, “Yes, we can help you with food.”
Living on the edge
When coronavirus hit, many families in the area who were already living on the edge of poverty started to go hungry. David and the team at the church set up a soup kitchen and food relief ministry and got to work delivering 30 food parcels a month to families like Jeaneth’s and providing 160 hot meals every day.
David wants to keep helping local families find hope this Christmas – and so do we – but we need your help to make it happen.
David is one of 66 CMS local partners around the world who have quickly leapt into action, rapidly adjusting their normal way of working to help some of the world’s most vulnerable people experience God-with-Us during this turbulent time.

Life-saving love
CMS local partners, experts in understanding their communities’ needs, have told us clearly: right now, sharing Jesus’ love looks like saving lives.
Their work is vital but as we look towards the end of the year, we know we are £40,000 short of the budget needed to support our local partners.
A Christmas donation from you today will go a long way towards bridging this gap, making sure David is there to care for Jeaneth and her children as we approach the celebration of Jesus’ birth.
Make your gift now, and stand alongside CMS local partners like David as they show people in extreme need the very real presence of God.
